XCITE Dance is all about opportunity, fairness, value and fun!
If you are a dance school with groups, trios, duos or soloists who want to compete in a professional
yet friendly and welcoming environment, then this is the UK dance competition for you.
We've gathered feedback from dance teachers, dancers and their parents,
added this to years of competition knowledge and created an event which works for everyone.

DANCE TEACHERS
You can expect...

a smoothly-run event, with easy administration via our online system, which lets you concentrate on preparing and watching your students' dances;

Novice level is available for Solo entries only, with less than 1 year’s experience competing.

Prizes will be awarded for
1st, 2nd and 3rd place
in each general category,
broken down by style and age division.
Medals will be awarded throughout
so everyone can leave with

STUDIO OF STARS AWARD
The XCITE Studio of Stars Award
is given to the dance school*
with the highest average number of points over their top 10 entries.

XCITE STAR
XCITE Dance hosts a title competition at each event, which will be incorporated into the solo competition.
